Securities Litigation Associate (New York)

Katten, a global Am Law 100 law firm, seeks a qualified Securities Litigation Associate to join its thriving practice in the New York office. 

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in Securities Litigation at a nationally recognized firm or other relevant legal experience.Candidates must have substantial knowledge of the federal securities laws and ideally have some experience in defending class actions asserting violations of the federal securities laws. Strong legal research skills would also be required. 

Candidates are required to be bar licensed in the state/district in which they are applying or immediately eligible for admission on waiver.

The estimated salary range for this role is $225,000 - $235,000. Salary determinations are made based on numerous factors, such as, but not limited to experience/job history, class/graduation year, and practice area of the selected candidate.
